Position Description
Department: Administration Reports to: Accounting Manager
FLSA Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Position Status: Full-Time
Summary of Position Functions
Administrative support for parking operations, sales and service team.
Essential Position Functions
- Primary telephone & building receptionist.
- Manage voicemail messages.
- Intake of service calls in service dispatch software.
- Handle scheduling, support and customer service for all (5) parking locations.
- Assist in setting up parking customers with permits.
- Audit all cashier reports.
- Process all incoming mail, prepare daily bank deposit.
- Pre-collection of customer invoices.
Scan all accounts payable invoices to accounting manager. - Process cashier timecards and scan to accounting manager.
Manage numbered parking ticket inventory. - Interview, screen, and train new cashiers.
- Accounts payable – match check vouchers to invoices and file.
- Receive deliveries.
- General clerical support.
Technical Skills
- Ability to write literate paragraphs in English.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn Razor Sync service dispatch program.
- Ability to learn SAGE accounting software.

Education and Qualifications
Associate degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience and a strong desire to learn and invest in yourself.

- Ability to manage expense advance and submit expense reports every month on time.
- Ability to efficiently and quickly find new customer sites on a map.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and tactfully negotiate priority with end users.

- Full time eligible employees may purchase Group Health Insurance beginning on the 91st day of employment at the rate of $ 25 per pay period. Employees may purchase dependent coverage at the prevailing rates in effect. See PHP plan summary for more information.
- Full time eligible employees enrolled in the group health plan will receive a $1,000.00 annual Health Savings Account subsidy payable in equal installments per pay period to be direct deposited into the employee’s health savings account.
- Full time eligible employees earn two weeks of paid vacation after one year of employment. Vacation benefit increases to three weeks after five years of employment. Vacation time not used by the end of the second anniversary of the date it is earned is forfeited.
- Full time eligible employees may earn a maximum of six well days per calendar year. Well days are a reward for employees who achieve perfect attendance. Perfect attendance is defined as zero absences or tardiness within a consecutive two calendar month period. Approved paid time off, such as scheduled vacation or earned well days will not count against perfect attendance. There will be no accumulation beyond one year.
